I work in ConnectWise every day as a solutions architect at a UK MSP, and I have delivered ConnectWise consulting on Fiverr before (see my reviews). I review your setup, tell you what is broken, in what order to fix it, and how long each fix takes.

Do you need admin access to my ConnectWise?
Read-only API access is enough for Basic and Standard. Premium needs a member with permission to change the areas we agreed. I will tell you exactly how to create a scoped API member.
Are you ConnectWise certified?
I am a solutions architect at a UK MSP that runs ConnectWise daily, and I build against the ConnectWise API. I am not a ConnectWise employee or partner, which means my advice is not tied to their upsell.
Do you cover ConnectWise Automate as well?
