I am a solutions architect at a UK MSP that runs ConnectWise daily, I have sold ConnectWise consulting here before (see reviews), and I build MSP API integrations. That means I can answer the admin question, the billing question and the "can this be automated" question in the same call.
Good uses of an hour:
- Untangling boards, statuses, SLAs or workflow rules
- Agreement and billing setup that does not invoice right
- Working out why a report shows the wrong numbers
- Scoping an integration or automation before you build it
- A second opinion on a migration or Asio move
Calls are on Zoom or Teams, recorded if you want, with a written summary afterwards. Blocks of five or ten hours can be spread over as many sessions as you like within 60 days.
Working hours: 8pm to midnight UK, which is 3pm to 7pm Eastern. Weekends by arrangement.
