Struggling projects rarely fail from lack of effort, they fail from a lack of structure. I bring over twenty years of hands-on delivery experience from senior roles inside major banks and consultancies to help you build the structure your project needs, without hiring a full-time programme director.
I can work directly on the plan itself: project charters, integrated master plans, RAID logs, risk and resource management, budget oversight and governance frameworks, using tools including Microsoft Project. I do not just advise from the sidelines, I build the artefacts your team will actually use.
This is for founders, project managers and teams of any size who need mid to senior-level structure without the overhead, whether a new project needing a charter, or one that has drifted off track and needs a recovery plan.
I also mentor individuals stepping into their first delivery leadership role, and act as a behind-the-scenes second opinion for teams whose project is not going to plan. On-site visits or travel can also be arranged where required, this can be discussed.

Are you only offering delivery services, or do you offer broader consulting too?
I am a management consultant first, project delivery is one part of that. I can help scope out a business or operational problem before any plan exists, train people up on the fundamentals, or coach and mentor someone starting out in project or programme management. Message me to discuss
Do you only work with large organisations, or can smaller teams and startups use this too?
Any size. Packages are scaled so a small team or startup gets a proper charter, plan and governance structure without paying for enterprise-level overhead they do not need. If your project is small, tell me the scope and I will suggest the right package, or a lighter custom option
My project is already underway and things have gone off track, can you still help?
Yes, this is common. I start by assessing where things actually stand, what has slipped, why, and what is recoverable, then build a practical recovery plan rather than starting from zero. Message me with a short summary of the situation and I will tell you honestly what is achievable
Do you work on-site, or is this fully remote?
Fully remote by default as most engagements are delivered this way. On-site visits or travel can be arranged where required. This is scoped and priced separately before booking, so message me first if travel is likely to be needed.
What tools do you use?
Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling, alongside standard governance, RAID and reporting tools. I adapt to whatever your team already uses rather than asking you to adopt something new, the goal is a plan your team can actually run with, not a tool preference.
