Honestly, the illustration and animation that was delivered wasn't what I was expecting at all but it wasn't very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. I'm not sure what else to say other than I wouldn't hire this animator again.

Did not meet expectations. Lack of creativity. It makes no sense that no revisions are done because if the first delivery is unacceptable, the only option is to pay more and still get nothing.
