Is it required to provide the script for every order?
Yes, it is required to provide the script as I create the video based on the script provided by you. If you do not have a script. Just check the Gig Extras after pressing the "Proceed to Order" button or Go with the premium package which includes script writing service.
What voiceover accents and gender do you provide?
I will provide USA accent VO. Male or Female. Just let me know which one you would like to use when submitting the requirement.
Can I have a revision of Voice over after it recorded and video completion ?
No, there will not be any revision on VO once it recorded. Make sure to send correct script and be sure you chose proper character (male , female) for your video. If Revision is necessary for VO then It will be charged extra depends on script length.
Do I have the commercial Rights on the video?
Yes, You have commercial rights on animated video made by us. The content we use is self generated and licensed. The videos are per your script and are your intellectual Property.
Do you provide other languages besides English?
Yes, we work with voice over artists from all over the world so we can provide a wide range of languages and accents. we work with Spanish, Russian, German and French voiceover artists. Please message us about that and i will explain to you how to process it.
What information do you need to create the video?
First I recommend discussing your project. We will need following: your script, your logo and if you have any additional notes for the animation. Contact us and we will get back in record time!
