• Prepared and coordinated 15+ architectural drawing packages for approval, tender support and construction issue, including general arrangement plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, reflected ceiling plans, finish notes, details and presentation documents. • Support statutory submission workflows by checking sheet organization, drawing consistency, title block information, drawing registers, consultant comments and compliance related clarifications before issue. • Supervised 5 different live site projects through setting out verification, blockwork alignment checks, slab and opening coordination, ceiling level reviews, finish interface checks, joinery coordination and contractor execution monitoring. • Carried out site inspections on 15+ projects within Lagos, Ogun and Ondo state, ensuring measurement verification, progress documentation, snag identification and field condition reporting, then coordinate drawing updates where site realities require technical adjustment. • Interface with clients, engineers, contractors, artisans and vendors to align construction intent, procurement decisions, material selections, buildability, quality expectations, programme demands and budget discipline. • Maintain revision control and issue tracking across active drawings, reducing ambiguity between client approvals, consultant inputs, site instructions and contractor implementation.
