How it works
Here are the steps to complete your Basic package project:

Video meetup This is what we call a "discovery" call. We will discuss your brand's goals, needs and make sure we are all aligned.

Statement of Work I will draft a Statement of Work document that will outline everything that we will work on together, in great detail. This will serve as a contract, outlining deliverables and deadlines.

Requirements You will receive a brief questionnaire that will help me get started on writing the script. (if you don't already have one) You will also receive a document outlining all the branding assets I need.

Script writing You'll receive the first draft of the script. It's usually 80%-90% there, and we can refine as needed.

Styleframe I'll share 1-2 static frames, or share frames from other projects to demonstrate the direction I intend to take. This will show you exactly what the end product will look like.

Voice over I'll cast and direct the VO artist that's just the perfect fit for your project. The recording of the VO track will be completed before the design process is finished.

Storyboard I'll create a sketched out, rough storyboard that outlines all the scenes of the animation, based on the finalized script.

Illustration I'll create colored, fully digitized illustrations based on the finalized storyboard.

Animation This is where the magic happens: I will put everything together and animate the video from start to finish, making sure it hits all the requirements discussed during the discovery phase.

Delivery This is the final step of the process where we review all deliverables and final sign off is required.

FAQ
Do you use templates, or do you create the original artwork yourself?
For the STANDARD/PREMIUM packages, I create original artwork myself using Illustrator, which is then animated by hand using After Effects for a unique, one-of-a-kind video. For the BASIC package, I offer pre-existing libraries of design styles that I have created. (not sold online, still unique!)
I already have a script and/or VO track—can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, I do not offer a discount for providing materials at this time. Integrating VO tracks and scripts into a video is a time-consuming process which requires intense attention to detail and an expert's skillful eye for a premium end result without "cutting corners".
Can you do a video in a style other than your own?
No. My style of artwork and animation is the result of over eight years of fine-tuning for a premium end product. I will exercise full creative freedom to deliver an amazing video in that style. Asking me to use another style will lead to a poor imitation and a substandard product.
Can I make changes after you have delivered my video?
The video I create will be created once you have given approval to the storyboard and script I provide. This is your final opportunity to request design or VO changes. The only exception to this rule is if I make a mistake or oversight —a rare occurrence— I will immediately fix this for you.
What are your credentials?
I am a graduate of the School of Motion's animation program and a fully-licensed director of TV and film with over 14 years of experience under my belt. All of this experience and professionalism will be condensed into your 60-second video for a powerful, engaging message that converts.
How long are the videos that you provide?
The videos are all 60 seconds long. Why? To put it simply, people's attention spans are shrinking. A 60-second video rat-a-tats the information they need in that short window of opportunity. As people grow more sophisticated with online marketing, they simply want the "elevator pitch".
I see a lot of other Fiverr providers who can do this much cheaper. Why you?
I offer professional expertise and a one-stop shop, end-to-end video service. My pricing represents not only the superb product that you will receive, but also timely delivery and the complete absence of micro-management. Others may cut corners... but still take your hard-earned dime in the end.
