Do I need my own OpenAI account or API key?

What happens when it does not know an answer?
It gives a safe fallback, for example, offering your contact details or a contact form, instead of making something up. We agree the fallback wording during the build.
Can it capture leads or book appointments?
Lead capture (collecting a name, email, and question into a form or sheet) can be scoped into Standard and Premium builds. Full calendar booking depends on your booking tool, message me with what you use and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
Can you update the training content later?
