About this gig
I am offering services to make quick architectural floor plans and drawings for feasibility study schemes for architectural and interior projects such as office spaces and residential houses based on sketches, pre-made drawing software or alteration to existing plans.
Packages are depending on the size of the final output.
- Basic will be at $5 for 1 A4 sheets, or 2 small drawings max. Size can also be on legal and letter size. Any floor plans or drawings beyond the 2 given sheets will be charged at $15 per drawing
- Standard will be at $25 for 2 A3 size sheets, with up to 4 drawings max depending on scale, for some construction work and architectural floor plans. Any other sheets beyond the given will be charged at the same. So if you request a number of plans that take up 3 A3 sheets, (3 sheets x $15 = $45) you will be asked to pay $45.
- Premium will be at $50 for 2-sheets (20"x30"). Any plans or drawings beyond the 2 sheets will be charged at $10 per sheet. So if you request a number of architectural plans that take up 4 sheets, ($ 10 x 2 = 20) you will be ask to pay $70

Can you work immediately?
I will start on 8:00 pm ( Philippine time) on the weekdays and can continue to more or less 4 hours on weekdays, and if the project's scope is not too large, will be able to finish it within those hours. I am fully free on weekends, Saturday and Sunday including holidays and can start immediately.
