About this Gig
I will build a reusable workflow that turns unstructured customer messages or text documents into structured business data.
The workflow can classify messages into agreed categories, extract useful fields such as names, emails, subjects and reference IDs, assign priority, detect duplicates, validate structured results and flag uncertain cases for human review.
Depending on the package, outputs can include Excel, CSV and JSON files, review queues, summaries and source code.
This is suitable for customer enquiries, support requests, complaints, billing messages, returns, lead triage and other repetitive text-processing tasks.
I can also integrate with an existing compatible local AI/API endpoint where agreed in scope.

Can you use my own categories and fields?
Yes. I can adapt the workflow to your categories and extract fields such as names, emails, subjects, reference IDs, priorities, products, requested actions, or other agreed fields.
Can uncertain messages be flagged for human review?
Yes. Low-confidence, ambiguous, or invalid structured results can be separated into a review queue instead of being silently accepted.
What file formats can you work with?
This Gig is designed primarily for text-based message exports and structured input files. Excel, CSV, JSON, and text outputs can be provided depending on the package.
Can the results be delivered in Excel?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can include an Excel report along with CSV output. JSON output is also available where appropriate.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where appropriate. The workflow can use an OpenAI-compatible AI endpoint for classification and extraction, with validation and human-review routing built around the output.
Can you use a locally hosted AI model?
Yes, if you already have a compatible local AI endpoint. The portfolio workflow was tested with a locally hosted model through LM Studio. New model hosting or infrastructure setup requires separate discussion.v
Can you connect directly to Gmail, Outlook, a CRM, or a database?
Not as part of the standard packages. Direct inbox, CRM, database, or other external integrations can be scoped separately. Please message me before ordering.
Can you process PDFs or scanned documents?
PDF OCR and scanned-document processing are not included in this Gig by default. If you need this, contact me first so I can assess the document type and required workflow.
Will you provide the source code?
Yes, when source code is included in the selected package. I also provide practical setup or usage notes where appropriate.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me first if you need multiple data sources, API integrations, local AI setup, PDF/OCR, multiple languages, high-volume processing, or any workflow that differs significantly from the standard packages.
