Architected a complete Circle.so community platform for an established digital coaching program, structuring public and private space groups to build a scalable digital ecosystem. The project focused on transforming a high-ticket mastermind into an organized community hub that seamlessly integrates member engagement, structured course delivery, secure payment processing, and multi-platform automation. To establish a clear community hierarchy, I designed a multi-tier layout separating public spaces for general announcements and open discussions from gated, private space groups reserved exclusively for VIP mastermind tiers. Granular permission rules and custom user roles were configured to guarantee that members only view content associated with their specific membership tier, ensuring data privacy and maintaining exclusive access. For monetization and course delivery, I uploaded and structured a comprehensive 4-module video course curriculum complete with downloadable resources, lesson navigation, and progress tracking. I configured multi-tier paywalls directly integrated with Stripe to process recurring billing, handle multi-currency checkouts, and automatically grant immediate space access upon successful transaction processing, eliminating manual payment verification. To eliminate administrative overhead, I built advanced multi-step Zapier automation workflows connecting Circle to ConvertKit. The system automatically triggers personalized welcome sequences, applies subscriber tags based on purchased tiers, and syncs member profile data in real time. Webhook triggers were implemented to manage subscription lifecycle changes automatically, ensuring active paying members retain appropriate access while revoking privileges instantly upon cancellation, delivering a fully automated, hands-off community operations model.
