What information do you need to get started?
I need your server's IP address, root or sudo SSH access credentials (SSH public key preferred), OS version, and a clear description of the tasks or issues you need addressed.
Is it safe to share my server credentials?
Yes. You should submit all credentials directly through Fiverr’s encrypted order requirements page. For maximum security, you can provide temporary SSH key access and revoke it once the order is completed.
Can you work with Docker and multi-container setups?
Yes. I can set up Docker, Docker Compose, configure persistent volumes, define internal container networks, and connect your services behind an Nginx reverse proxy.
Do you set up automated backups?
Automated backup configurations (to local storage, S3-compatible cloud storage, or Google Drive) are included in the Premium tier or available as a Gig Extra.
What if I encounter an issue after the delivery?
All packages include post-delivery support and revisions to ensure that the configured services are functioning properly according to the agreed scope.
Do you develop custom backend applications or scripts?
No. My focus is on server administration, environment setup, deployment, and infrastructure troubleshooting. I configure the environment so your code can run, but application code development or debugging application logic is not included.
