FAQ
Will Google charge me extra fees for each domain or alias?
No. Adding secondary domains and aliases to an existing user account incurs zero additional monthly subscription fees from Google. You only pay for your single existing Workspace seat.
Can I select which domain I send from when composing an email?
Yes. Gmail will provide a dropdown menu in the "From" field. You can also configure it to automatically reply from the exact address the incoming email was sent to.
What access do you need to complete the setup?
I will need temporary Super Admin access to your Google Workspace console and access to your DNS host (such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or Namecheap) to verify domain ownership and update records.
Why are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records necessary?
Major email providers (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft) enforce strict sender verification. Without valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, emails sent from your new aliases will likely bounce or land in the spam folder.
