I will extract tables from your PDF into a clean excel file
Small Business Website Fixes and Spreadsheet Cleanup
About this Gig
Got a PDF with tables you need in Excel - an invoice, an export, a form, a scanned-in report? I'll pull the tabular data out and hand you back a clean, structured spreadsheet.
How it works: I extract the text and table structure directly from your PDF (no OCR guesswork on scanned images unless the PDF already has a text layer), reconstruct the rows and columns, then run it through the same cleaning process I use for spreadsheet cleanup jobs - removing duplicates, normalizing formatting, and flagging anything ambiguous instead of silently guessing.
What you get:
- A clean Excel file with your data in proper rows and columns
- A QA summary noting anything that needed a judgment call
- Fast turnaround, even on multi-page documents
Good fit for: invoices, order exports, forms, financial statements, and any PDF with a real text layer (not a scanned photo with no underlying text).
Limitation I'm upfront about: this works on PDFs with actual extractable text, not photographed/scanned documents with zero text layer. If you're not sure, send me a sample page first and I'll tell you honestly whether it'll work.

FAQ
Does this work on scanned PDFs or photos of documents?
Only if the PDF has a real text layer. Pure scanned images with no underlying text (OCR) are not supported. Send a sample page first if you are unsure.
