What do I need to send you to get started?
Send your 3D model if you have one (.blend, .fbx, .obj or .stp). If you don’t, send reference photos, sketches or dimensions and I can build the model with the Premium package. Tell me which parts should separate and what the video is for.
Can you work from photos or a sketch instead of a 3D model?
Yes, with the Premium package, which includes 3D model creation. Basic and Standard assume you already have a model. Message me first with your references and I’ll confirm what’s possible.
What video format and resolution will I get?
You’ll get an MP4 in Full HD (1080p). Message me before ordering if you need a different resolution or aspect ratio, such as vertical for social media.
How many parts can the animation handle?
It depends on the product. Simple products with a handful of parts fit in Basic, and complex assemblies usually need Standard or Premium. Send me your model and I’ll tell you which package fits.
Can I get a longer video than the package allows?
Yes. Message me with your length and I’ll send a custom offer.
How many revisions do I get, and what counts as one?
Each package includes revisions. A revision is a change to the camera, timing, lighting or part sequence. A change to the model itself, or a new sequence after approval, may need a custom offer. I’ll share a preview before the final render so changes are caught early.
Can you add labels, text or a voiceover?
Basic and Standard don’t include them, but I can add simple text labels or callouts as an extra. Message me with what you need.
