Premium: Remote Diagnosis & Fix Attempt
I will diagnose the issue and attempt safe correction through guided or remote troubleshooting. This can include Windows settings, software, drivers, performance issues, and configuration problems.
Important: I cannot guarantee repair if the issue is caused by failing hardware, corrupted storage, missing licenses, account restrictions, or problems requiring physical replacement. I will always explain the most likely cause and the safest next step.

Yes I need Screenshots, What platform, System, Error codes if any and some details of what happened before your problem.

I would say yes but it really depends on what the customer have of idea regarding to IT.
Can we talk outside Fiverr?
No. For safety and platform compliance, all communication and order details must stay on Fiverr.
Do you take orders from other areas of the Web?
No when orders come on Fiverr I take them on Fiverr not somewhere else.
Do you keep my screenshots or files?
I only use the information you provide to work on your order. I do not store your files outside the order unless required for troubleshooting, and any local copies are removed after the work is complete.
