FAQ
Will it answer from my own content?
Yes. The assistant searches your documents before answering and uses only what it finds. If your documents do not cover a question, it says it does not have that information and offers to pass the question to your team, instead of inventing an answer.
How much do the AI and voice services cost?
They are billed per minute of conversation on your own provider accounts, so you stay in control and can set limits. Free tiers are enough for testing. I will set the accounts up with you and show you where usage is displayed.
Can I see something you have built?
Yes. Here is a live AI assistant I built: gluzo-ai.vercel.app. The voice agent is shown in the gig gallery, and I can walk you through it on a call before you order.
Can it book meetings or update my CRM?
Not in the base packages. The assistant collects the visitor's name and email with consent so your team can follow up. Calendar booking and CRM sync are custom work, so message me before ordering.
What about my visitors' data?
The assistant asks for permission before saving contact details, and it stores only a name and an email. Everything is stored in a database you own. Please check your own legal obligations for your market.
