Overall disappointed. Weeks of work and very little progress on the work that was supposed to be completed per contract. The level of professional work was very low. Seems like someone just running things through an AI program and not much skill beyond whatever program they utilize.

Freya suggested illustrations for my book and I loved the idea. She quickly provided ideas for which parts could use the illustrations. She also provided clear ideas for the pictures and was incredibly open to tweaks. She always exhibited patience and understanding. She had zero issues providing provisions until everything was perfect.
