I turn PDF bank and credit card statements into clean Excel, QuickBooks Online and Xero import files. Every file gets a balance check: opening balance plus deposits minus withdrawals must equal the closing balance on the statement, so a missing page or row is caught before delivery. Most US banks and credit unions, plus Spanish language statements from Mexico, Colombia and more. Text and scanned PDFs are fine. Software-assisted service.
