What if you can't fix my problem?
I'll tell you before you order. Send the URL and a screenshot and I'll look for free. If it's a hosting or server issue rather than a WordPress one, I'll tell you exactly what to send your host — no charge for that.
Is my site safe while you work on it?
I take a full file and database backup before I change anything, so we can always roll back. I work on staging when one exists. I never delete plugins or content without asking you first.
Can you make my site faster?
Usually a lot faster. I target 85+ on mobile PageSpeed through caching, image optimization, and removing bloat. I can't promise a specific score because themes and hosting vary, but I'll tell you honestly what's achievable on your setup.
Do you need my WordPress password?
I need admin access to fix things. Create a temporary admin account for me and delete it after delivery — that's the safest way for both of us. For file-level problems I'll also need FTP/SFTP or cPanel access.
