I connect remotely with AnyDesk and move your whole digital life over files, photos, documents, browser stuff, email, and your programs then set everything up so the new machine feels like home on day one. I verify every file opens and nothing's left behind on the old machine. If your old PC is still alive we do a direct transfer; if it's dead, I work from your backup or drive. Straightforward, careful, and I won't touch anything I shouldn't.

What if my old PC won't turn on?
If you have a backup or can get the drive out, I can still recover and transfer your files; I'll assess it with you first.
Will my programs transfer too?
Files always transfer; programs are reinstalled fresh on the new PC (that's cleaner and faster), and I handle the setup.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You enter passwords yourself when programs ask; I never ask for them.
