How is this different from just using ChatGPT or a no-code chatbot builder?
ChatGPT and no-code builders respond to messages. What I build takes actions: updating your CRM, sending follow-up emails, routing leads, and generating reports. These are agents connected to your actual tools, not a chat window.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A description of the workflow you want automated, access to the tools involved (we'll confirm which), and clarity on what 'done' looks like. If you don't have all of that, start with the Basic scoping package
Which tools and platforms can you integrate with?
WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, n8n, and most platforms with an open API. If your tool has an API, we can integrate with it.
Will I be able to manage or update the agent after it's built?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include documentation on how the agent works and how to make common changes. For ongoing updates and maintenance, monthly retainer options are available.
How long does it take to see the agent working?
Single agent builds are typically live within 7 days of you providing access and requirements. Larger systems take 10-14 days. I don't deliver code. I deliver a working agent.
