What do I need to provide to get started?
All I need is your idea! A hand-drawn sketch with dimensions, reference images from Google, a technical drawing, or even just a detailed description of what you want is perfect. The more information you provide, the better.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive a high-quality, watertight STL file, which is the universal standard for all 3D printers and slicer software (like Cura, PrusaSlicer, etc.). If you need other formats like STEP or OBJ for a specific purpose, just let me know!
Do I get commercial rights to sell the prints?
Yes! Full commercial rights are included with every order. You are free to sell the physical 3D prints of the model I design for you.
What if the model doesn't print correctly?
I guarantee that the file I deliver will be fully "watertight" and geometrically sound, optimized for a successful print. If you ever encounter a printing error that is due to a flaw in my model's design, I will fix it for you free of charge.
Can you fix a broken 3D model that I downloaded or made?
Yes, absolutely. This is a common request! Please contact me with your existing file. I can analyze it for errors (like holes, non-manifold edges, etc.) and give you a custom quote to repair it and make it perfectly printable.
My object is very large. Can you split it to fit my printer?
Yes. I can strategically split large models into smaller, interlocking parts that will fit your specific 3D printer's build volume. Just let me know your maximum print dimensions when you order.
What does a "revision" include?
A revision covers modifications to the design, like adjusting a dimension, tweaking a curve, or changing a feature. It does not include a complete redesign or adding major new elements that weren't discussed in the original request.
