Because the program I build for you will be 100% personalized. How many days you work out for how long is up to you, your personal goals, your current muscular imbalances (poor posture), past injuries and medical history, what gym equipment is available to you, I can even tell you exactly what stretches to do before each exercise. This is exactly the job of a personal trainer but for a much lower cost.
$5 gets you a workout schedule that is personalized and will last you 3 months minimum. All I need is an email or message telling me about you and your goals and I will reply with a few basic questions. A 10-30 min video call is recommended (but not necessary) so I can actually assess you like I would assess a client. This will add another layer of depth to the program I'll design and it will also give me a chance to better explain how to use the schedule and even give you a few tips.
