Are your bulk email campaigns landing straight in the spam folder?
Sending bulk emails without the proper technical infrastructure is a fast track to getting blacklisted. With Google and Yahoos strict sender rules, if your records are unoptimized, your open rates will crash.

What I will do for you:
- Build and configure high-volume bulk email sending infrastructure.
- Fully authenticate domains with flawless SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records.
- Connect & optimize your bulk platforms (Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Brevo, Mailerlite).
- Set up custom tracking domains to mask your digital footprint.
- Remove sender domains from major blacklists to restore your reputation.
- Configure automated email warm-up sequences to safely scale volume.

FAQ
Will this setup guarantee a 100% open rate for bulk emails?
While no one can guarantee 100% open rates due to factors like your lead list quality and email copy, this technical setup ensures your emails are physically delivered to the inbox rather than being blocked by the server or filtered into spam.
Do you provide the bulk email sending software?
No. You will need to provide access to your preferred sending software (like Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or a specialized bulk SMTP provider). I configure the technical backend to ensure those platforms reach the inbox.
Can I send bulk email from my primary business domain?
It is highly discouraged. Sending high-volume bulk email from your main domain puts your entire business communications at risk. I recommend and set up secondary look-alike domains specifically for your bulk and cold email marketing campaigns.
