Messy spreadsheets are usually not missing data - they are missing trust. You cannot tell what was changed, what was dropped, or why.
I clean the file and give you the answer to that question.
What I do:
Remove duplicates, including near-duplicates written slightly differently.
Validate formats: dates, numbers, emails, phone numbers, postcodes.
Flag or fix obvious data-entry errors, whichever you prefer.
Standardise columns, capitalisation and spacing.
Merge several files into one consistent sheet.
What makes the delivery different:
Every row I remove or change is listed in a report with its source file, line number and the exact reason - "duplicate of line 412", "date must be YYYY-MM-DD, got 03/14/25", "missing field: product". A count per reason sits at the top. Nothing disappears silently, so you can hand the report to whoever needs to approve the change.
You get the cleaned file, the change report, and on the Complete package the script itself, so you can re-run it next month without hiring anyone.

I use it only to produce your delivery and delete it afterwards. Remove sensitive columns before sending if you prefer.

Yes, the Complete package includes the script and a setup guide, so you can run it on new data without hiring anyone.
