I will build an ASP.NET Core MVC CRUD module for one type of record, such as products, customers or insurance policies.
This package includes:

I have built MVC applications for insurance policy tracking, expense tracking and job applications. Gallery screenshots show my own sample application. The full dashboard shown is not included in this package.
I can build a standalone module or integrate it into a compatible ASP.NET Core MVC project after reviewing the existing code.
Authentication, payment integration, external APIs, complex table relationships, hosting and deployment are not included.

Please provide the record type, up to 10 fields with their data types, validation rules and any basic layout preferences. For integration, share your ASP.NET Core version and relevant source code without passwords or credentials.
Does this package include a complete website?
This package includes one CRUD module with four pages and SQL Server integration. A full dashboard, authentication, payments, external APIs, hosting and deployment are outside this package.
