How is this different from a ChatGPT wrapper?
A wrapper guesses. I build retrieval: your content is embedded, indexed and reranked, so answers are grounded in your actual documents or database rows. It cites what it used, and when the answer isn't in your data it says so instead of inventing one.
What will the API and hosting cost me each month?
Usually less than people expect - most chatbots I ship run in the low tens of dollars a month at normal volume. I estimate it for your traffic before you order, and I pick models and caching to keep it low rather than defaulting to the priciest option.
Can your voice agent answer and make real phone calls?
Yes. I build voice agents on Twilio with ElevenLabs or Deepgram for speech, so the bot answers your business number, books appointments into your calendar, qualifies leads and follows up. Sub-second replies - I've shipped real-time voice with Groq already.
