Before a house can be priced, built or submitted, someone has to draw the whole thing properly. That set is what we produce. Floor plans, elevations, sections, details and site plan, drawn to scale with annotated dimensions, on clean sheets you can hand to a builder, an engineer or a plan reviewer.
WHAT MAKES THE SET WORK
Every view comes out of one coordinated model, so plans, sections and elevations agree with each other. Change something in one place and the rest follows. Nothing contradicts itself on site.

HOW IT WORKS
If you already have a design, send it and we document it. If you have a sheet template, we work inside it. If you only have a lot and an idea, tell me and I will quote the design with the set.
NOT INCLUDED
Engineering, energy calculations and permit filing. We do not stamp or seal drawings. That stays with the licensed professional in your area. I am an Architect and Construction PM leading SHAPE Studio, working with clients in the US, UK and Australia.

I am an Architect and Construction Project Manager leading SHAPE Studio, a BIM team working with architecture firms, developers and contractors in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
We produce four things: commercial layouts and test fits, residential documentation sets, as built models from scans and point clouds, and architectural visualization.

FAQ
I do not have a design yet, only a lot and an idea. Can you help?
Yes. Tell me the lot, what you need the house to have and how you want to live in it, and I will quote the design together with the drawing set as one project.
Can you work on our template and title block?
Yes. Send your template, title block and graphic standards and the set comes back inside them. For most firms that is the whole reason to outsource production.
Do you stamp or seal the drawings?
No. We produce the drawings. Stamping and permit filing stay with a licensed professional in your area, because that license is tied to your jurisdiction. Many clients have us produce the set and their local architect or engineer signs it.
What do I receive at the end?
Printable sheets ready to send or plot, plus the source file. Your builder, engineer or architect can keep working from the model instead of redrawing it.
Can you handle changes after plan review comments?
Yes. Send the comments and I will quote the revision as a separate order. Because the set comes from one model, corrections carry through the drawings instead of being redone sheet by sheet.
The house already exists and there are no drawings. Can you still work?
Yes. If nothing exists on paper we model the house first from a survey, a scan or measured photos, and produce the new set from that model.
