Is there extra cost associated to the hosting building of the chatbot?
Yes. But it depends on the models used for the chatbot. Developers wouldn't tell you that. When your chatbot is built on Openai APIs, you are paying for the resources you use monthly. But it's FREE when the same project is built using huggingface models. But you must server capacity.
