I will organize your messy files into an ai ready knowledge base

About this gig
Your AI can't work your files. That's a structure problem, not an AI problem.
An agent in a messy folder is a temp worker with no map. So it guesses, confidently.
I restructure your files into an AI-ready workspace any AI can walk. Plain files, no platform, no lock-in.
- An entry file the map telling any agent where everything lives
- A catalog every file findable by what it's FOR, not what it's named
- Contracts per-folder rules: what gets read, done, written, checked
- One home per fact duplicates merged, dead files archived, one live version per doc, plus a change log from day one
The before/after test: five real questions about your business, asked to a cold AI against your ORIGINAL folder, then against the finished one. You get both transcripts. If the after isn't better, I'm not done.
Nothing moves without your sign-off you see the migration map first, every file, old path to new.
I run my own business on this structure; several AI sessions work it at once without colliding.
Method: Interpretable Context Methodology (Van Clief & McDermott), openly published. I run on it, I didn't invent it.
Works with Notion, Google Drive, Obsidian, SharePoint and project folders.

FAQ
Do I have to send you my business files?
Usually not. The default first step is a 2-minute file LISTING you generate yourself — names, sizes, dates, zero contents. I audit the structure from that, then ask for only the handful of files I genuinely need to read. Everything is deleted from my machine 14 days after delivery.
Will you delete anything?
Never. Duplicates and dead files move to an archive folder, and every move is listed in a migration map you approve before a single file moves. You also get an undo map. Nothing is deleted, ever.
Do I need special software?
No. You get plain folders and markdown files. They open in any editor and work with any AI tool, forever — no platform, no subscription, no lock-in. That's the whole point of doing it this way.
My files are in Notion, Google Drive, Dropbox or SharePoint.
All supported. The intake kit has a per-platform export guide. Rebuilding a live Notion workspace inside Notion, rather than from its export, is a custom offer — message me first.
We're a team. Will this survive my colleagues?
Delivery includes a one-page onboarding doc: where things go, naming rules, what not to do. For live team folders I build the new structure as a parallel copy — nothing moves until you've checked it and said go.
What AI do I need for this to work?
Any assistant that can read files: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or a local model. The structure is tool-agnostic by design, so it keeps working when you switch.
My folder is enormous. Is it too big?
Probably not. Send me a rough file count and I'll send a custom offer — the method scales, the price just tracks how much there is to audit. Large or live company shares are run as phased projects.
