FAQ
What do I need to send you to start?
Your server version (e.g. Paper 1.21), your latest.log or error message, a spark profiler link if it is lag, and the plugin .jar and config files involved. The more you send, the faster I can find and fix the real cause.
Which server types and versions do you support?
Paper, Spigot, Bukkit and Purpur, mainly Minecraft 1.20 and 1.21 Java Edition servers: SMP, Survival, Lifesteal and Skyblock. This is a Java plugin service, so I do not fix Bedrock add-ons or mods for Forge or Fabric.
Can you fix my server lag and low TPS?
Yes. Send me a spark profiler link recorded while the lag is happening. I will find which plugin, entity or setting is eating your tick time, fix it, and optimize your Paper and Spigot settings. Weak hosting can limit results, and I will tell you honestly if that is the case.
My server crashes or will not start. Can you fix it?
Yes, crashes and startup errors are exactly what the Basic package covers. Send your latest.log and crash report, and I will trace the error to the plugin or config causing it, fix it, and test that the server starts cleanly before delivery.
Can you build me a custom plugin or Skript?
Yes. One small custom Java plugin or Skript is included in Premium: commands, GUIs, custom items and simple economy features. For large plugins like minigames or full systems, message me first and I will give you a fair custom offer instead of a package.
Can you set up a Christmas event or advent calendar for December?
Yes, and order early: an advent calendar must be live by 1 December to give daily rewards all month. I can set up Christmas events, daily rewards, gifts, crates and holiday sale ranks, fully configured and tested on your server version.
Do you need my hosting login or server password?
No, never share your password with me. I work from the files you send: plugin jars, configs and logs, and I test on my own test server. If a fix must be checked on your live server, you can upload the tested files I deliver yourself in minutes.
Will I receive the source code?
Source code is included free in the Premium package. On Basic and Standard you receive the ready-to-use compiled .jar, tested and working, and you can add the full source code as a gig extra if you want to edit the plugin yourself later.
Can you fix a premium or paid plugin made by someone else?
I can fix its config, errors, conflicts and version problems if you send me the plugin files you legally bought. I cannot edit, decompile or share another developer's closed premium plugin code, but most problems are config or conflict issues, and those I can fix.
What if my problem is bigger than the package I bought?
I will tell you before I start, not after. If your logs show the job is bigger than your package, I will explain exactly what is needed and the extra cost, and nothing more is charged without your approval. Message me before ordering if you are unsure.
