Are you avaiable for long terms projects?
Of course, I am! I'm here to create beautiful things that will last forever!
What software do you use for designing the thumbnails?
I am using mostly Photoshop.
Which file formats can you provide?
Since it's a thumbnail I will send out the .jpeg files.
How many revisions do I get with my order?
On the basic gig, you will get 1 revision and if you buy standard or premium package there are going to be 2 or 3 revisions available. Usually, the average buyers are happy with 1 or 2 revisions but you can buy extra revisions if needed. When you're happy I'm happy too!
Can I get the source files?
The source files are not included in any of the bundles, but they can be ordered separately for an extra charge.
What is the process when creating a thumbnail for a video?
It's very important to know the niche of the channel, so I can get the right vibe and inspiration. Besides that, after you place your order there is a little questionnaire for you to answer in order to help me get enough info to start working.
What about license? The images that you are using are free or should I pay for them?
I'm using only images I took by myself, clients images or royalty-free stock photos (totally free commercial use). If you would like other images it's your responsibility to pay the license of photos from paid stocks.
Can I provide you with the picture I want to use for the thumbnail?
Of course! Just make sure to attach it when placing an order and I'll create the artwork using your picture.
