What if you can't fix the bug?
I review the problem before you order, so I only accept work I'm confident I can fix. If something unexpected comes up, we'll discuss it openly.
Do you need access to my server?
Usually no. Access to the code (for example a private GitHub repo) plus the error logs is enough. If server access is needed, we'll set it up safely.
