I extract structured data from invoices, receipts, statements, forms, price lists and tables, and deliver it as a clean Excel, CSV or JSON file with the exact columns you ask for, ready to import or analyse.

What exactly do I receive?
One clean file in the format in your package (Excel, CSV, or JSON), with one row per document or per line item — your choice — using the column names you give me. Flagged entries are marked in a notes column so you can find them fast.
My PDFs are scans/photos, not digital files. Can you still do it?
For scans/photos, please order my scanned-PDF/OCR gig instead — it is built for that and delivers the same checked Excel output. Very blurry or skewed scans can lower accuracy, so send one sample page before a large batch and I will tell you honestly what to expect.
How accurate is it?
Every file is reviewed by me against the source before delivery, totals are cross-checked, and anything uncertain is flagged rather than guessed. I will not promise a made-up percentage — if a field is unreadable, you will see it marked as flagged, not silently wrong.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. Your files are processed on my own machine using a local workflow — they are not uploaded to cloud AI services, never shared with anyone, and are deleted from my machine after delivery and your acceptance.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, and I am open about it: I use a local, AI-assisted extraction workflow, and I personally QA every output. That is how I can offer speed and checked results. If you need a guaranteed no-AI, fully manual workflow, tell me before ordering and I will say honestly whether I can take the job.
I have hundreds of pages, or a repeating monthly batch. Can you help?
Yes — message me for a custom offer. Repeating batches of the same document type are my favourite kind of work; once your layout is set up, later batches are faster and cheaper per page.
Can you match my existing spreadsheet/template?
Yes. Upload your template or a sample of the output you want, and I will match its columns and formatting. Custom templates are included in Standard and Premium.
