Do I need to send you the product?
Yes for hands-on demos. Ship it and delivery time starts the day it arrives. If you only need voiceover over your own b-roll or screen footage, no product needed. Message me and I'll tell you which fits.
Do I get the product back?
Product is not returned unless we agree to that before you order. If you need it back, say so up front and I'll factor return shipping in.
Can I run these as paid ads?
Not with the base package. Every tier includes organic social use for the collaboration period listed. Paid ads usage and extended terms are available as add-ons. Add them at checkout or message me and I'll quote it.
Do I need to write the script?
No. Send bullet points, your target buyer, and the two or three things you want shown, and I'll write it. If you have a script or required claims language, I'll work from that instead.
Will you say the product is good if it isn't?
No. I demo what the product actually does. That honesty is why the videos convert. If something doesn't work as expected, I'll tell you privately before delivery rather than shipping a video that oversells it.
What if I want changes?
Every package includes revisions. Send your notes in one batch and I'll turn them around inside the delivery window. Revisions cover edits, pacing, captions, and CTA swaps. A new script or a full reshoot is a new order
