What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your logo, brand colors, fonts, text, preferred dimensions, visual references, and any photos or videos you want included. Clear information and good-quality materials help me deliver the best result.
In which formats will I receive my files?
Static designs can be delivered as JPG, PNG, or PDF. Videos are delivered as MP4. Editable Canva files are included according to the package selected.
Which tools do you use?
I use Canva Pro for graphic design and CapCut for video editing, subtitles, transitions, music, and vertical video formatting.
Do I need to provide the footage for my Reels?
Yes. Reel editing is based on footage provided by the client. Please send clear, good-quality clips. Filming, full video production, and paid stock footage are not included.
Do you use stock photos or videos?
Yes, I can use free stock content when it fits your project. If premium licensed material is required, I will let you know before using it because additional costs may apply.
What counts as one design?
One single-page post or Story counts as one design. Each carousel slide counts as one design, so a five-slide carousel uses five designs from your package.
What does “up to 2 platforms” mean?
The same original content can be resized or adapted for up to two platforms. It does not include two completely different sets of designs unless arranged through a custom offer.
Are captions and copywriting included?
Short text placed inside the design is included when the information is provided. Full captions, hashtag research, and content writing are not included in these packages but can be added through a custom offer or my Social Media Management gig.
What does a revision include?
A revision includes reasonable changes to the original concept, such as adjusting text, colors, images, layout, subtitles, or timing. A completely new concept or new material submitted after delivery is not considered a revision.
Do you offer custom packages or ongoing creative support?
Yes. I’m available for one-time projects and long-term collaborations. Message me with the type and amount of content you need, and I can prepare a custom offer for your project.
