I design and ship AI products end to end: AI Telegram bots, RAG knowledge bases, document processing and workflow automation. Five products built, three running in daily production — a team knowledge base with four client surfaces on one backend (Telegram bot, web app, MCP server for Claude Desktop, native macOS call recorder), a tutor SaaS with AI homework generation, and a CRM-to-Telegram digest bot. I own the problem, the architecture and the review; AI coding agents write the code under my specification. That is how one person ships production systems at team speed — and why every system I deliver comes documented well enough for another developer to pick up. Before tech I spent 8+ years in operations at an international restaurant franchise — 1,000+ locations across 20+ countries — growing from restaurant manager to business development for international markets.
