Can you build my specific Claude agent workflow?
I build Jira requirements agents, GitHub PR review agents, Zoho CRM workflows and Instagram appointment setters. Send your tools and one task. I'll check the required access and confirm whether the workflow fits.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for an assessment and build plan, Standard for one agent with two system connections, or Premium for two coordinated agents, three connections and a custom MCP server. Each build covers one agreed workflow.
What files and documentation will I receive?
For build packages, I provide source code or exported workflows, setup instructions, test findings and a walkthrough. Premium also includes MCP configuration, restart instructions and an operating runbook. Basic provides an assessment, not a working agent.
What do you need from me before starting?
I need your tools, the task, sample inputs and expected results, plus your approval rules. For an existing workflow, share relevant code or exports with secrets removed. I'll specify the scoped access needed; don't send account passwords.
Are software subscriptions and API costs included?
My fee covers the agreed work. You pay for Claude or other API usage, hosting and third-party subscriptions. Extra systems, custom dashboards, migrations and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless explicitly included in your scope.
How will you test the agent before handover?
I test the agreed normal flow, missing inputs, tool failures and approval checkpoints. Where repeated events could cause duplicate actions, I test that too. We check the actual booking, ticket or CRM update, not just whether the agent produces a reply.
What could delay delivery?
Missing access, unavailable API features, incomplete business rules or delayed approvals can affect the schedule. I confirm dependencies before agreeing on delivery and flag blockers when they appear. I won't promise a connection before checking its availability.
What counts as a revision versus additional work?
A correction addresses a mismatch with the agreed scope or acceptance criteria. A new agent, system connection, business rule or workflow may add scope. We agree on the revision allowance and correction period in the offer; unlimited revisions are not included.
Can I start small before ordering a full build?
Yes. Basic is a paid assessment of one workflow involving up to two systems. I provide a workflow map, dependency review, prioritized findings and acceptance checklist. It helps define the next step; implementation is purchased separately.
