1. Client searches for suitable Government jobs (Federal, State, Territory, Local Council). Client searches for vacancies that align with their goals, qualifications, work experiences & capabilities.

2. Client calls / emails the job ad contact to confirm that the job is 100% fully vacant (ie. nobody is "sitting" in the position).

3. Client approves the jobs and sends the job information to me. I only move forward with roles that the Client wants me to apply for and which they have confirmed are 100% fully vacant.

4. I prepare tailored application documents for every role the Client approves, I create a tailor-made Resume, Cover Letter, & Selection Criteria response suited for each specific vacancy.

5. Client submits the applications.

6. Client tracks everything in a shared spreadsheet. The Client receives access to a shared online spreadsheet where they can record key details: jobs applied for; dates applications submitted, job closing dates, panel contact details.

7. Each tailor-made job application is stored and shared with the Client in a shared Google Drive.

8. Client sits back and waits to be invited for interviews.
