What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin account plus cPanel, FTP or SSH access. Malware often hides in files WordPress cannot reach, so file-level access is needed for a proper clean. Please create temporary accounts and remove them when the work is done.
What if my site gets infected again?
If it comes back from the same infection within 14 days I will clean it again free. If it comes back because a plugin was left outdated or a password was reused, I will tell you honestly and we can sort it out. Most reinfections are preventable and I will show you how.
Will I lose my content or design?
No. Your posts, pages, products, media and theme settings stay exactly as they are. I replace only the infected files with clean official versions and take a full backup before I start, so nothing can be lost.
