I will audit and optimize your affiliate program performance

About this gig
- If your affiliate program has flatlined, it's rarely because "affiliate doesn't work." Usually it's one of four things: leaking attribution, a commission structure nobody's revisited in years, publishers violating your terms unnoticed, or a dormant partner base.
I audit programs the way I'd want mine audited: tracking and attribution first (a program can look underperforming simply from under-crediting), then a full publisher compliance review, then commission benchmarking against your category.
What you get:
- Full tracking/attribution audit, catching leaks, misfires, and mobile/app gaps
- Publisher compliance review, flagging brand bidding, coupon misuse, fraudulent traffic
- Commission structure analysis with specific restructuring recommendations
- A written, prioritized findings report you can act on immediately
- (Standard/Premium) Reactivation outreach to your best dormant partners
Platform expertise: Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, Partnerize, Pepperjam, plus GA4 and CRM-side attribution cross-checks.
ch partners to scale, pause, or cut. I'll give you the same honest read I'd give my own manager.

FAQ
My revenue looks fine on the surface. Is an audit still worth it?
Often, yes. Attribution leaks and fraud tend to hide inside programs that look healthy, meaning you could be paying commission on traffic that isn't converting, or under-crediting publishers who'd scale harder if they knew it was working.
What access do you need to run the audit?
Read access to your affiliate network dashboard(s) and your analytics platform (GA4 or equivalent). No payment system or customer data access required.
We tried reactivating dormant partners ourselves and got no response. Will this be different?
Usually, yes, since generic "we miss you" emails rarely work. Reactivation needs a specific reason to come back (a new tier, a seasonal push, a fixed tracking issue), and I tailor that reason per partner.
Do you offer ongoing management after the audit, or is this a one-time report?
Both. Basic and Standard are one-time engagements with a report you can implement yourself. Premium includes 30 days of hands-on management if you'd rather I execute the fixes directly.
