About me

I'm a writer, a filmmaker and a long-distance runner. I've published two non-fiction travel memoirs, Downhill From Here and Running the Orient, and have written hundreds of freelance articles, reviews, blog posts and press releases. I also wrote and directed a feature film (Sparks and Embers), had two screenplays optioned and sold over a dozen short stories.
