I will draw your sketch into an architectural proyect, redraw your old architectural plans in Autocad for you and a 2d floor plan render into Photoshop.

I use Autocad for black and white floor plans and Photoshop for color and textute floor plans.

All I need is a drawing, sketch, or the original floor plan.
