I will reverse engineer industry construction machine mechanical 3d cad model prototype

About this gig
Do you have a robotic construction machine, part, or mechanism but no CAD files, no drawings, and no way to modify, repair, or manufacture it? Maybe you inherited a legacy machine with zero documentation. Maybe a part broke and the manufacturer no longer exists. Maybe you're trying to improve or license a design that only exists as a physical object. If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly who I built this gig for.
What I deliver:
- Full reverse engineering from physical parts, photos, or 3D scan data
- Precision mechanical 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Dimensioned technical drawings with proper GD&T
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) optimization
- Prototype-ready files for CNC machining or 3D printing
- Assembly and mechanism validation (motion, fit, tolerance checks)
- Robotics and heavy-equipment component redesign or improvement
Industries I work with: construction machinery, robotics & automation, industrial equipment, heavy machinery manufacturers, mechanical component suppliers.
Tools: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, KeyShot rendering, CNC/3D-print file preparation.

FAQ
I only have photos of the part/machine, not the physical object can you still reverse engineer it?
Yes. I can reverse engineer from clear photos with reference measurements, though having the physical part or a 3D scan improves accuracy significantly.
Can you reverse engineer a full robotic assembly, not just a single part?
Yes the Standard and Premium packages cover multi-part assemblies, including moving mechanisms and interference checks.
Will the CAD model be accurate enough for manufacturing/CNC machining?
Yes. All models are built to be manufacturing-ready, with DFM checks and proper tolerances applied so they can go straight to production or prototyping
Do you provide 3D printing-ready files too?
Yes, prototype-ready STL/STEP files are included in the Premium package.
What CAD software will I receive my files in?
SolidWorks or Fusion 360 by default — I can also export to STEP, IGES, DWG, or other formats on request.
