My central issue with this experience was we did not agree on the starting point or how we were measuring the improvement. My site *seems* to run faster, but by my available metrics (Google PageSpeed & Shopify site speed), my scores did not improve. The seller didn't answer my questions about this when I asked before approving the finished job.
