About this Gig
I have a PhD in metrology and statistical data analysis and experiences in metrology, C/C++ and Python programming, image processing (with OpenCV) and statistical analysis for > 8 years. I have solved many industrial problems related to metrology, image processing, design, tolerancing and statistical data analysis.
I will:
- provide examples of tolerance analysis in PDF format. The examples are basic to medium level. The example will provide you the problem statement about what is the key characteristic of the assembly being investigated, what is the design drawing, what is the tolerance chain and the results of tolerance analysis using Monte-Carlo method.
- provide tutorials or materials for tolerance design and analysis
- Provide implementation with MACRO in MS Excel
