Do I own the code?
Yes. You own any custom code I write. I keep it separate from WordPress core and third-party files, and custom development includes the source code and setup instructions.
What if you can't fix my problem?
Send your link and a screenshot or error message before you order. I'll tell you whether I can fix it and which package fits. If I take the job and can't solve it, you don't pay.
Do you need access to my website?
Usually, yes. Most fixes need a WordPress admin login, and a temporary account is fine. I'll confirm the access I need before we start.
What counts as a minor issue?
One contained problem, such as a layout, CSS or settings fix. Critical errors, plugin conflicts and anything that needs diagnosis fit the Fix Pack. I'll confirm which applies before you order.
