FAQ
What information do you need to start the video?
We recommend discussing your project before we get started. We will need details about your project, branding details including your logo and any additional brief that you might have.
What if I don't have a script?
No worries, script-writing is included in our standard and premium pack and is also offered as an extra! Our copywriters would love to write a converting script for you.
Do I need a voiceover? Can I choose the voice over?
Voiceover in your preferred accent is included in our standard and premium pack. You don't have to provide it! We work with professional voiceover artists from around the globe and we will be sharing their demo with you.
Can you work with provided script/voiceover? Can you customize the characters?
Yes, we can work with the script or voiceover that you already have. Since all our animation is custom, customizing a character should not be a problem.
How many words of script are included in a 60 second animation? What about 120 seconds?
60 Seconds equals 150 words of script. Similarly 120 seconds is 300 words and 180 seconds is 450 words and so on.
I don't want animated characters on my video, do you make different styles?
Yes! we do many different styles (Infographic, Line sketching, etc). Contact us for more info!
Can I see your portfolio?
Sure, please message us and we will provide samples of our work.

Ongoing collaborationThis freelancer did a great job of cutting down my script draft to the essentials for easy explanation, and the quality of the result is top-notch. After the delivery of the first draft of the video, the responses were very fast and the requested improvements were implemented, even above what I had asked....
