Creating a new customer shouldn't depend on an email thread and someone remembering to check for duplicates.
Your team requests a new customer through one form, which can't be sent until every required field is filled in. From Standard up, the app checks name, VAT number and email against earlier requests and a customer list you upload once. Then it sends the request to the approver in Teams or Outlook.
Advanced needs a Premium licence for every user, so message me before you order it and I'll check what you have.
I build customer service and internal apps in Power Apps, and have done so for major companies as well as small businesses.
None of the tiers connect to your CRM or ERP (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Business Central). For that, ask me for a custom offer.

FAQ
Do I need extra licences?
Not for Starter and Standard, which run on SharePoint. Advanced uses Dataverse, so every app user needs a premium licence: Power Apps Premium, a per-app plan or pay-as-you-go.
Is my data safe?
The app and its data live in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Any copy you send me, like the customer list, is only used to build and test, then deleted.
Who owns the app?
You do. Before my access ends, I hand the app and flows to one of your accounts, switch every connection over to it, and we check it all works without me. You also get an export and short setup notes.
When does the delivery clock start?
When you submit the requirements. Message me before you order so my account is ready by then. If access takes longer, I'll ask to move the date.
What counts as a revision?
One round of feedback on something that's in your tier. New features need a separate order. If you find something that doesn't work as agreed in the 14 days after handover, I fix it for free.
